  I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone selling their property in Milton Keynes to Steven Field at Chewton Rose. I obtained three different valuations and knew from the first meeting with Steven that he was knowledgeable, professional, realistic and straightforward so it made it easy for me to decide which estate agent I wanted to sell my home. The service he provided was exemplary from start to finish. Explaining the process, organising the photos, video & marketing package, maintaining regular contact with myself, the buyers and solicitors ensuring regular updates and requirements. It was clear that he knew what was needed to get the best result and that is what he did. On a personal note I want to thank Steven for the hard work he put in to get everything signed on the dotted line. At times It wasn’t easy or straightforward yet he did everything he could to do what he said he would.

  Chewton Rose are still hassling potential customers. I get 3 or 4 phone calls a week asking me if I have sold the house yet. I have told them repeatedly that I am not interested in taking on a different agent and asked them to stop calling. They still do. Next step will be reporting them to the ICO for not taking in board my request to unsubscribe from phone calls
